Naukhez has been associated with Siemens for the last 32 years and currently heads the Digital Industries Business of Siemens Pakistan. He’s an Electrical engineer by qualification and has vast experience in the field of automation systems, motors, human resource, SAP advisory and digitalization.
Since joining SAP in 2017, Saquib has significantly expanded SAP’s footprint in Pakistan, exceeding growth targets and hiring local talent to enable the digital transformation of customers in both the public and private sectors. Saquib Ahmad has nearly 20 years’ experience in delivering innovation and driving business value for customers in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry in the region. Prior to joining SAP, Saquib was Director of Sales & Business Development for Oracle. In this role, he was responsible for a sales team that qualified and built business opportunities in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He introduced new applications to these markets and strengthened Oracle’s relationships with key clients. Previously, Saquib was the Country Director, Pakistan and Afghanistan, for Comptel, where he determined the sales, partner and business strategies to optimize revenue, order intake and cost of sale. Saquib began his career with Nokia-Siemens, where he held a variety of roles, culminating in him being named Director of Sales, Middle East. Saquib holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Management and Technology in Lahore and a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Telecommunication and Electronics from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, and was recognized with the Aizza-e-Sabqat presidential award for academic excellence.

Haroon has over 20 years of professional work experience majorly in business and technology transformation. He specializes in strategic transformation of global enterprises through dynamic business insights, process improvements and technology transformation across end to end value chain. He has lead teams responsible for designing, deploying and managing enterprise level transformation projects; business solutions (ERP, CRM, SCM, Billing, EAM etc); data strategy and architecture; analytic platforms with cloud and on-premise solutions; and business insights and analytics solutions (use cases) using DS, AI and ML.

Haroon is also an outdoor enthusiast and thrill seeker with passion for promoting motorcycle riding in Pakistan.

Over his 15 years with Unilever Pakistan, Fawad has built a well rounded experience in various local and global roles. He worked in Customer Development in Vietnam as CD Manager, before taking on an extended international stint in Unilever’s Global CD Operations, based out of Singapore.
Post his return to Pakistan, Fawad joined as CD Director in 2015, overseeing national Field Operations where he worked on automation and digitizing legacy systems and processes. Since the start of 2020, Fawad has assumed the responsibility of Director Digital Strategy and Transformation for the recently introduced function with a mandate to create digital marketing capabilities to help Unilever Brands to win consumers and to democratize digitization internally in Unilever Pakistan to create a nimble future-fit organization. He is a member of the Unilever Pakistan Management Committee and additionally Board Member of Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP).

Fawad will also be presenting Unilever’s Digital Success Story “Supply Chain in Digital World” at DX Summit.

Ali has steered global billion dollar companies to success within challenging regulatory and corporate environments. Presently with Jazz, Pakistan’s largest corporate tech and digital company, he brings strategic decisions, crisis management expertise and government leadership linkages to the company’s growth trajectory. With over 25 years of diverse executive experience with both government and private sector giants, he has niche expertise in emerging market growth and a proven track record of delivery specifically in Asia Pacific. Adept at global strategy development and corporate communication campaigns, particularly in highly immature innovation markets, he is driven by a passion to nurture and develop talent across geographies. He has a commitment to empower young executives across diverse cultures and realize their potential through digital tools. Internationally, Ali Naseer spent over a decade in the tobacco industry whilst leading an established industry’s transformation into a relevant and sustainable future. He advocated for new product lines and mindset shifts within a resistant industry. He brings that change management best practices to telecom and digital industries. Prior to that, for about a decade he was a career Pakistan government official in various critical roles.
Dr. Shahzad has over 25 years experience in Medical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Marketing & sales management & strategic management through working in various research and generic pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. He has represented Pakistan as an invited speaker at Shanghai Biotech, a premier global biotech conference for 3 years from 2010 to 2012. Dr. Shahzad graduated from King Edward Medical College in 1995. He has been a visiting faculty at Bahria University Karachi and has been associated with IBA Karachi and CBM as a member of their board of studies.

Mujeeb also heads the Islamabad site and oversees the Philippines and Argentina operations for S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Since joining the Company in 2011, Mujeeb is responsible for executing the organizational strategy at the site level to more than 1200 employees in Islamabad. He works closely with leaders from various functions i.e. content, technology, client support, sales, and account management in his role. Prior to joining legacy SNL, Mujeeb previously ran one of the largest BPOs in Islamabad with over a 1000 employees for 8 years. Mujeeb has a BS (Hons) Degree in Computer Science at COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology.

Sarah was previously the Global Head of Market Insight for S&P Global Platts, a member of the Platts Executive Committee and is also responsible for the division’s news and digital strategy. In a career spanning 20 years, Sarah has held leadership positions at information providers in Europe and Asia, including Reed Business Information, Bloomberg, Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal and CNBC. Sarah joined Platts in January 2012. Sarah also works in a number of capacities to help female leaders advance in their careers, including holding the role of Executive Sponsor for S&P Global’s “Women’s Initiative for Networking & Success” in Asia, speaking at external networking events and contributing to the diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility agendas of S&P Global. Sarah holds a degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Sheffield, in the UK, and also speaks Italian.
As the Chief Operating Officer China for S&P Global, Clemens is responsible for setting up the domestic operations that support the expansion of S&P Global’s divisions into the domestic markets in China. Before this he was the Managing Director of S&P Global Market Intelligence in Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for Risk Services business in APAC, covering regional product and market development for ratings and credit data, research and analytics. Clemens has extensive experience in credit analytics and their application to institutions in developed and emerging economies. He joined Standard & Poor’s Risk Solutions in 2001 in London. Prior to that, Clemens was a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt where he was responsible for credit risk management solutions and seminars on this subject as well as the assessment of the impact of the new Basel accord on banks. Clemens holds a Master of International Economics and Business of the University of Innsbruck, Austria in a joint program with the University of New Orleans, USA.

Rehan Akhtar
Rehan has 19 years of experience in the fields of strategic market & segment planning, market research & analysis, new market penetration, project management, business planning, new product development, and analysis and forecasting. Prior to joining Karandaaz, Rehan worked at Telenor Pakistan since 2006 and headed various functions including Director B2B (Financial Services, GSM & IOT Markets).

Sarmad Ali has been with the Jang Group since 1993 & has over 20 years experience in marketing, advertising and media management. He’s described as one of Pakistan’s marketing thought leaders, and served as the President of the Marketing Association of Pakistan for three terms. He was also ranked amongst the 50 Most Talented CMOs by the World Marketing Congress in 2013, and has received the Sitara e Imtiaz in recognition of services to the newspaper industry.

Fasieh has over sixteen and a half years of diverse experience across private, public & development sectors in Pakistan, UK & KSA. Prior to Quixel, Fasieh was leading the National Incubation Center as a Program Manager and has been working with startups as an advisor & mentor for over 7 years. His core expertise is in the area of strategy, operational excellence, marketing, BI, public policy, ICT4D and managing large-scale programs and teams.
Nadeem’s career spans over 32 years in the premiere organizations both in Pakistan & USA as an executive in management, strategic development, transformational policy advisor, sales leadership, and business development.
