This document sets out the terms and conditions between AIM Consulting and the participant upon registering for any event or conference organized by AIm Consulting. By registering for an event or conference organized by AIM Consulting, the participant is agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions; therefore this document requires vigilant study.


Prior to your registration, the participant must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. In case the participant does not comply with the agreement in said Terms & Conditions, he/she may not register.

Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.


Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment in full must be received at time of registration and no later than 1 week before the date of summit. In the event that full payment is not received by then, the participant will be refused entry to the summit. We accept payment by EasyPaisa and bank transfer, please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender. 


The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by AIM Consulting as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this summit the parties concerned are agreeing that the summit organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, social media, WhatsApp, call, or direct mail in order to supply information relevant to this summit, or about other summits, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organisers may also share this information with event partners in order for them to contact the participants about other products and services which may be of interest to them. To keep the privacy of your details with regards to the above stipulations necessary for registration of the summit, please contact AIM Consulting by email to confirm this. 


3.1. Any participant/company wishing to cancel their booking must notify AIM Consulting in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • Before 15 March 2021: 50% of the ticket fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred by AIM Consulting
  • Up to 3 days before the summit: 75% of the ticket fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred by AIM Consulting
  • On the summit day: 100% of the ticket fee
  • Non-arrivals are liable for 100% of the ticket fee

3.2. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the participant and there will not be any additional liability to AIM Consulting, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.

3.3. In the event that the summit cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the participant and there will not be any additional liability to AIM Consulting, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization. Under these circumstances, the summit organisers reserve the right to refund the fees paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred within 60 working days.


Substitutions may be made at any time. If there is a requirement to substitute a participant, AIM Consulting must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity and at least 24 hours before the event begins.


AIM Consulting reserves the right to make alterations to the summit programme, venue and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for any reason, that the summit is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the participant and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule above.


Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. AIM Consulting cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the summit or in any material provided to participants. In addition, AIM Consulting shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort – personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event – incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event.


It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the summit. AIM Consulting cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.


For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the summit. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers in writing prior to the event.


AIM Consulting prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.


The summit and associated AIM Consulting websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which AIM Consulting takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for the contents of any website linking to this website.


It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.


AIM Consulting reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice at all times. If one or more of the clauses outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. The clauses of Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this event, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
